Kia Forte: Drive Belt Tensioner Removal and Installation

Second generation YD (2014-2018) / Kia Forte TD 2014-2018 Service Manual / Engine Mechanical System / Timing System / Drive Belt Tensioner Removal and Installation

1.	Remove the drive belt. (Refer to Timing System - "Drive Belt")

2.	Remove the alternator lower bolt (A).

3.

Remove the alternator brace (B).

Tightening torque :

21.6 ~ 32.4 N.m (2.2 ~ 3.3 kgf.m, 15.9 ~ 23.9 lb-ft)

4.	Install in the reverse order of removal.
